Waubay, SD. More specifically is the home to Chasin Tail 605. With the combined knowledge of our owners and guides we have over 10 years of customer service and guiding experience!

Our fleet of vehicles consist of five premium SnoBears that are set for your comfort! With a load capacity of 3-4 adults and a driver per bear we are able to accommodate larger groups! The SnoBears also double as a means of transportation for our hunting trips when the snow might be a little too deep for our standard SXS's and trucks!

Hey All, welcome to Chasin’ Tails Guide Service. We would like to introduce you to co-owner and guidesmen, Joe Unzen. Joe was raised near Milbank, SD and has been fishing and hunting in NE SD his entire life. Taught by his late father and grandfather, Joe is a well versed outdoors men and will always do his best to chase your limits and provide you with a great experience! Joe has been guiding hunting and fishing clients for 10 plus years in South Dakota. Joe is a veteran and retired sheriffs deputy spending his days doing what he loves most. He cannot wait to show you all what NE South Dakota has to offer during your next guided experience.

Hello everyone and welcome to Chasin' Tails! We are excited to introduce co-owner and guide, Ethan Gaikowski. Ethan is a lifelong Day County resident and a 4th generation farmer. Ethan has spent many years of his life hunting and fishing what he calls, "God's Country". Ethan has enjoyed sharing his passion for the outdoors by guiding hunters and fishermen alike through Day County and the surrounding areas for the past 10 years. Ethan looks forward to guiding you, your family and friends on trips you will always remember with Chasin' Tails!
